护理安全文化态度的现状及影响因素研究

The status and influencing factors of nursing safety culture attitude

目的探讨护理安全文化态度的影响因素,为提升护士患者安全文化态度和保障患者安全提供参考。方法采用一般资料问卷、护理人员患者安全文化态度调查问卷和报告障碍问卷对553名护士进行问卷调查。结果护士患者安全文化态度总分(54.10±9.52)分,报告障碍总分为(70.35±12.26)分;多元线性回归分析显示,工作年限、每周工作时间、不良事件报告障碍为护士患者安全文化态度的影响因素。结论护士患者安全文化态度处于中等水平,管理者需从解除护理不良事件报告障碍因素的角度提高护理人员报告意向,从而提高护理人员的患者安全文化态度,保障患者护理安全。

Objective To explore the influencing factors of nursing safety culture attitude,so as to provide reference for improving nurses'attitude towards patients'safety culture and ensure patients'safety.Methods General information questionnaire,nursing adverse event report disorder questionnaire and report intention questionnaire were used to survey 553 nurses.Results The total score of safety cultural attitude was(54.10±9.52),the total score of reported disturbance was(70.35±12.26).Multiple linear regression analysis showed that working years,average working hours per week,adverse event reporting disorder were the influencing factors of nurses'safety cultural attitudes.Conclusion The level of patient safety culture attitude about clinical nurse is in the moderate level.Managers should remove the factors about report barriers,improve the intent of report,so as to improve nurses'patient safety culture attitude,ensure patients'nursing safety.
