截肢患者疾病适应能力现状及影响因素研究

The current situation of disease adaptive capacity of amputation patients and its influencing factors

目的调查截肢患者术后的疾病适应能力现状并分析其影响因素。方法采用一般资料调查表、疾病心理社会适应量表对208例骨科的截肢患者于出院前进行调查。结果截肢患者疾病适应总分为(68.28±14.63)分,处于较高水平。多元线性回归分析显示,性别、医疗费用支付方式、家庭月收入、合并其他疾病数、截肢类别和自觉身体形象改变程度是截肢患者疾病适应能力的主要影响因素。结论截肢患者疾病适应能力不佳,护理人员应指导患者及家属积极接受截肢及身体形象改变的现状,进行正确的护理和适应,以保障患者出院后的生活质量。

Objective To investigate the current situation of disease adaptive capacity of amputation patients and to analyze its influencing factors.Methods A total of 208 amputation patients before discharge were surveyed using the general information survey and Self-Report Psychosocial Adjustment to Illness Scale.Results The total disease adaptation score of amputation patients was(68.28±14.63),at a high level.Multivariate linear regression analysis showed that the gender,cost-payment method,month income of family,number of combined with other diseases,amputation category,degree of self-conscious body image changes were the major factors of daptive capacity of amputation patients.Conclusion Amputation patients have poor adaptability to diseases.Nurses should instruct patients and their families to actively accept the current situation of amputation and body image changes,and to conduct proper nursing and adjustment,so as to ensure the quality of life after discharge.
