乳腺癌化疗患者手足综合征症状体验的质性研究

Breast cancer patients with chemotherapy-induced hand-foot syndrome: a qualitative study of symptom experience

目的了解化疗期乳腺癌患者手足综合征的症状体验,为制订干预措施提供参考。方法对13例化疗期乳腺癌患者手足综合征情况进行深入访谈,应用Colaizzi七步分析法进行资料分析。结果提炼出4个主题,包括患者对手足综合征的认知不足,对患者生活造成影响,负性情感体验,渴望得到专业指导和帮助。结论医务人员应重视患者手足综合征症状的评估,采取针对性的措施减轻手足综合征对患者生活和心理的影响,从而提高患者治疗依从性和生活质量。

Objective To explore the symptom experience of breast cancer patients with chemotherapy-induced hand-foot syndrome(HFS),and to provide evidence for formulation of effective preventive measures.Methods In the qualitative research,in-depth interviews were conducted with 13 breast cancer patients with HFS.Data were analyzed using Colaizzi data analysis principle.Results Four themes were concluded:inadequate cognition of HFS,negative influence on daily life,negative emotional experience,looking forward to help from medical staffs.Conclusion Medical staff should pay more attention to the evaluation of HFS,and provide effective treatment to help alleviate the negative influence on patients'daily lives and psychological health,thus improving their compliance and quality of life.
