老年人体位性低血压的评估及非药物干预的研究进展

Research progress in non-pharmacological interventions for orthostatic hypotension in the elderly

体位性低血压广泛发生于老年人,与反复跌倒、缺血性脑梗死、心肌梗死、认知功能减退等多种老年多发疾病密切相关,造成重要靶器官损伤,是老年人全因死亡率的独立预测因子。文章归纳了体位性低血压的发生机制和评估方法,综述了物理干预、饮食干预和中医疗法等非药物干预的研究进展,并在探索简易评估方法、总结最佳证据、关注干预效果等方面提出展望,为老年人体位性低血压的研究与实践提供参考。

Orthostatic hypotension occurred widely in elderly and was closely related to multiple diseases,such as repeated fall,ischemic cerebral infarction,myocardial infarction and cognitive decline,which caused important target organ damage and was the independent predictor of all-cause mortality in the elderly.The article summaried some research progress of orthostatic hypotension occurrence mechamism and assessment and reviewed physical intervention,dietary intervention,Chinese medicine and other non-pharmaceutical interventions,which provided prospects of exploring simple assessment methods,summarized the best evidence and payed attention to the intervention effects.In order to provide reference for the research and practice of orthostatic hypotension in the elderly.
