清单制管理在妇科围手术期患者预防静脉血栓栓塞症中的应用及效果

Application of inventory management for preventing venous thromboembolism in gynecological perioperative patients

目的观察清单制管理在预防妇科围手术期静脉血栓栓塞症中的效果。方法将2016年1月至12月收治的617例患者设为对照组,实施常规管理,将2017年1月至12月收治的632例患者设为观察组,实施清单制管理,包括成立静脉血栓栓塞症管理小组,设计、培训、使用分层预防清单。结果观察组妇科围手术期静脉血栓栓塞症预防措施的落实率明显提高(P<0.01),静脉血栓栓塞症的发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论清单制管理的应用,能降低妇科围手术期静脉血栓栓塞症的发生,保障患者安全,提高患者生存质量。

Objective To explore the effect of inventory management for preventing venous thromboembolism in gynecological perioperative patients.Methods The control group had 617 patients(admitted from January to December 2016)and the intervention group had 632 patients(January and December 2017).The control group received routine management.The intervention group received inventory management,including the establishment of venous thromboembolism management team,design,training and using stratified prevention inventory.Results The rate of the implement in the intervention group was significantly increased(P<0.01),and the incidence of venous thromboembolism was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion The application of inventory management can reduce the incidence of venous thromboembolism in gynecological perioperative period,ensure the patients safety and improve the quality of life.
