摘要
通过梳理国家产品质量监督抽查管理政策以及交通运输行业产品质量监督抽查现状及能力分析,从法规制度体系、技术标准体系、支撑保障体系三方面构建了交通水运产品质量监督抽查体系。
By sorting out measures and systems for administration of product quality spot inspections and analyzing the status and ability of performing product quality spot inspections,this paper constructs the system for product quality spot inspections in terms of legal provisions,technical standards and support guarantee.
