浅谈煤矿机械有形磨损故障分析与预防

Analysis & Prevention of Physical Wear Failure of Coal Mine Machinery

为了保证矿井采掘工作的顺利进行,文章以煤矿机电设备有形磨损故障为研究对象,分析故障产生的原因,提出预防有形磨损故障的措施,降低机械故障率,为煤矿机械设备管理提供借鉴与参考。

In order to ensure the smooth progress of mine excavation work,this paper takes the visible wear failure of coal mine mechanical and electrical equipment as the research object,analyzes the causes of the failure,and puts forward measures to prevent visible wear failure,so as to reduce the mechanical failure rate and provide reference for the management of coal mine mechanical equipment.
