高职院校转型升级发展的路径与实践——以广州铁路职业技术学院转型发展为例

Path and Practice of Transition and Upgrading Development in Higher Vocational Colleges——Take the Transformation and Development of Guangzhou Railway Polytechnic as an Example

当前,我国经济正处于由高速增长阶段转向高质量发展阶段的时期,经济转型升级迫切需要高职院校办学的转型升级。高职院校办学转型升级的使命在于以政企共建破解办学机制之困,以规格升级破解职教体系之缺,以协同创新破解“双师”能力之惑,以课程改革破解技能培养之难;其路径在于推动地方政府与名优企业共建学校,借力政策红利与本科学校共育人才,依托一室一站与龙头企业共培“双师”,对接岗位标准与领先企业共研课程。广州铁路职业技术学院抢抓轨道交通和职业教育大发展两大机遇,以增强社会服务能力、创新校企合作体制机制为着力点,对接轨道交通产业链进行转型顶层设计,助推办学机制、专业布局、教师能力、培养模式等升级。

At present,China s economy is changing from a high-speed growth stage to a high-quality development period.Economic transformation and upgrading urgently need the transformation and upgrading from higher vocational colleges.The mission of the transformation and upgrading of higher vocational colleges lies in solving the difficulties of school-running mechanism with the joint construction of government and enterprises,the shortcomings of vocational education system with the upgrading of specifications,the puzzlement of“double teachers”ability with collaborative innovation,and the difficulties of skill training with curriculum reform.The path lies in promoting the co-construction of schools between local governments and famous and excellent enterprises,and the co-education of talents with policy bonuses and undergraduate schools,relying on“one room and one station”to training with leading enterprises,docking post standards and joint research courses with leading enterprises.Guangzhou Railway Polytechnic seizes the two major opportunities for rail transit and vocational education development.With the emphasis on enhancing social service capacity and innovating school-enterprise cooperation system mechanism,it designs the top-level transformation of rail transit industry chain to promote the upgrading of school-running mechanism,professional layout,teachers ability and training model.
