摘要
VRIO视域下的价值性、稀缺性、不可模仿性以及组织性要素决定了高职院校的治理是一种遵循VRIO模型的有序治理。分析了高职院校治理的协同性、开放性、联结性和规则性原则,提出了治理的内外部适切性框架。通过分析当前治理存在的协同不足、封闭僵化、沟通不畅、制度不全等问题,提出了“以扩容为重点、以提质为核心、以特色发展为宗旨、以强服务为目标”的“多元主体协同治理、精准提升开放治理、创新平台联结治理与体制改革规则治理”的新模式。
The value,scarcity,inimitability and organizational factors in the view of VRIO determine that the governing of higher vocational colleges is an orderly governance following the VRIO model.The principle of synergy,openness,connection and regularity of the operational structure of higher vocational colleges is analyzed and the appropriate framework of the internal and external structure of the governance are put forward in this paper.By analyzing the current problems of lack of coordination,closed rigidity,poor communication,and lack of evidence in current governance,the goal of“focusing on expansion,quality improvement,characteristic development,and aiming at strong service”is proposed for the new model of“multi-subject collaborative management,precise improvement of open governance,linkage governance of innovation platform,and rule governance of institutional reform”.
