百合地黄汤治疗神志病研究概况

Research Progress of Baihe Dihuang Decoction in the Treatment of Psychiatric Diseases

百合地黄汤是张仲景医治百合病的专方,始载于《金匮要略》,主要病机概括为心肺阴虚血燥,百脉失和,适用于郁证、脏躁、不寐等多种病证。当代医家依据百合地黄汤方证之病机,将其广泛应用于治疗现代神志病(如各种抑郁症、焦虑症、失眠症、癔病、围绝经期综合征等)。百合地黄汤治疗神志病有传统用药历史根据:百合具有养阴润肺、清心安神作用,地黄可滋养肾阴、清热生津,二者均味甘性微寒,入心经,相合而用更增滋阴清热之效,故尤适用于阴虚内热、扰动心神之病证。现代药理研究也表明了百合地黄汤具有良好抗抑郁、抗焦虑、调节亚健康状态、改善睡眠症状等作用,为其临床应用提供了一定的理论依据。该文对近年来百合地黄汤治疗神志病的研究概况进行综述,从临床应用和作用机制两方面进行分析,以期在临床诊疗中能够更加合理和有效的运用百合地黄汤。

Baihe Dihuang Decoction is Zhang Zhongjing’s special prescription for Lily disease, which was first introduced in "Synopsis of the Golden Chamber". Its main pathogenesis can be summarized as deficiency of Yin in the heart and lung, dryness of blood, loss of harmony of hundred veins, and it is suitable for depression, dysphoria, insomnia and other diseases. According to the pathogenesis of Lily Rehmannia Decoction,modern physicians have widely used it in the treatment of modern psychiatric disorders(such as depression, anxiety, insomnia, hysteria, perimenopausal syndrome, etc.). Baihe Dihuang Decoction has the traditional medication history basis for treating mental disorders: Lily has the function of nourishing yin, moistening lung, clearing heart and tranquilizing mind, Rehmannia can nourish kidney Yin, clearing heat and promoting body fluid, both of them taste sweet and slight cold, enter the heart meridian, and use the effect of more nourishing yin and clearing heat, so it is especially suitable for the syndrome of Yin deficiency,internal heat and disturbing heart and mind. Modern pharmacological studies have also shown that Baihe Dihuang Decoction has good anti-depression, anti-anxiety, sub-health regulation, sleep symptoms and other effects, providing a theoretical basis for its clinical application. This article reviews the research situation of Baihe Dihuang Decoction in the treatment of psychiatric disorders in recent years, and analyses its clinical application and mechanism in order to make more rational and effective use of Baihe Dihuang Decoction in clinical diagnosis and treatment.
