Experiece of CAO Yong In The Treatment of Brain Metastasis From Lung Cancer

脑转移是肺癌常见的并发症之一,且预后较差,严重危害肺癌患者的生命。曹勇从事中医临床三十余载,对中医药防治肿瘤有较深的造诣,针对肺癌脑转移有着独特的诊疗思路。曹勇根据中医"金水相生"理论和长期临床观察总结,认为肺癌脑转移的发生属本虚标实之征,其病因病机认识为肺肾亏虚是基本前提,痰湿蕴肺是病理基础,痰凝血瘀是重要环节,痰瘀毒结是病机实质,总不离"虚、痰、瘀、毒"。故以补肾益肺、化痰散结、解毒化瘀为法运用于临床,并根据标本缓急,病理因素的轻重,灵活变通处方,随症加减,取得较好的临床疗效,对改善患者的生活质量有着重要的意义。该文笔者旨在抛砖引玉,为中医药防治肿瘤的临床治疗提供可借鉴的理论及新的诊疗思路。

Brain metastasis is one of the common complications of lung cancer with poor prognosis,seriously endanger the life of lung cancer patients.Professor CAO Yong has been engaged in the clinical practice of Chinese medicine for more than 30 years,and has profound attainments in the prevention and treatment of Chinese medicine tumors.Professor CAO Yong begets“generation between the metal and water”theory of traditional Chinese medicine and clinical observation for a long time,think that the occurrence of lung cancer with brain metastasis is a sign of deficient root and excessive superficial,its etiology and pathogenesis of known as the lung and kidney deficiency is the basic premise,phlegmy wet aggregates is pathological basis of lung,phlegm coagulation and blood stasis is the important link of phlegm and blood stasis poison is pathogenesis essence,never leave“deficiency,phlegm,blood stasis and toxin”.Therefore,the method of tonifying the kidney and benefiting the lung,resolving phlegm and dispersive knot,detoxifying and removing blood stasis is applied in clinical practice.According to the urgency of specimens,the severity of pathological factors,flexible prescription,and the addition and reduction of symptoms,better clinical efficacy is obtained,which is of great significance to improving the quality of life of patients.In this paper,the author aims to provide some useful theories and new ideas for the clinical treatment of TCM tumor prevention and treatment.
