Meta-analysis of the Treatment of Pain Syndrome with Jin’s Three Needling Therapy

目的:评价靳三针疗法治疗痛证的临床疗效及研究现状。方法:系统检索中国期刊全文数据库、中国生物医学文献数据库、维普期刊全文数据库、万方数据库、PubMed和Science Citation Index,检索靳三针疗法治疗痛证的相关临床文献,评价其特征及偏倚风险,并使用RevMan5.3对相似的多项研究进行Meta分析。结果:共纳入7项随机对照试验性研究,有7篇研究应用VAS评分评价结局,其中6篇Meta分析表明靳三针针刺疗法优于常规针刺[MD=-1.31,95%CI(-1.39,-1.23),P<0.00001],1篇文献由于异质性单独分析,也表明靳三针针刺疗法优于常规针刺。4篇文献评价了临床有效率,因周友龙实验具有显著异质性未进行合并,余3篇文献Meta分析结果显示靳三针疗法临床有效率优于常规针刺[RR=1.09,95%CI(1.00,1.18),P=0.05]。由于针灸设盲操作有一定困难,1篇文献为高质量,6篇文献为低质量。结论:靳三针在治疗痛证方面有一定优势,值得临床推广。新证据质量普遍偏低,尚需要更多的研究来明确靳三针与常规针刺的疗效差异。

Objective: To evaluate the clinical efficacy and research status of the treatment of pain syndrome with Jin’s Three needling therapy. Methods: The Chinese Journal Full-text Database, China Biomedical Literature Database,Weipu Journal Full-text Database, Wanfang Database, PubMed and Science Citation Index were s earched systematically, and the relevant clinical literature on the treatment of pain syndrome were evaluated, and their characteristics and risk of bias were evaluated. A meta-analysis of similar multiple studies was performed using RevMan 5.3.Results: A total of 7 randomized controlled trials were included. Seven studies used VAS scores to evaluate outcomes.Meta-analysis showed that Jin’s Three needling therapy was superior to conventional acupuncture [MD=-1.31, 95%CI(-1.39,-1.23), P<0.00001]. One document was analyzed by heterogeneity alone, which also showed that Jin’s Three needling therapy was superior to conventional acupuncture. Four articles evaluated the clinical effectiveness,but the ZHOU Youlong experiment had significant heterogeneity and did not merge. The results of the remaining three meta-analyses showed that the clinical efficacy of the Jin’s Three needling therapy was better than the conventional acupuncture [RR=1.09, 95% CI(1.00, 1.18), P=0.05]. Due to the difficulty in acupuncture and blind operation, one document is of high quality and six articles are of low quality. Conclusion: Jin’s Three needling therapy have certain advantages in the treatment of pain syndrome, which is worthy of clinical promotion. The quality of new evidence is generally low, and more research is needed to clarify the difference in efficacy between Jin’s Three needling therapy and conventional acupuncture.
