6446例支气管炎患儿咳喘平颗粒使用情况分析

Analysis of the Use of Kechuanping Granules in 6446 Children with Bronchitis

目的:了解安徽省中医院院内制剂咳喘平颗粒在支气管炎患儿中的使用情况及趋势,分析其用药合理性,并为临床合理使用咳喘平颗粒提供参考和依据。方法:采用数据回顾性方法,对2010年1月1日一2018年12月31日就诊于安徽省中医院门诊明确诊断为支气管炎并使用咳喘平颗粒的患儿包括初诊年龄、节气、剂量、疾病名称和中医证型等数据进行统计和分析。结果:共纳入6446例有效病例。根据统计,2010至2018年期间使用咳喘平颗粒病例数位居前3位的年份依次为2017年,2018年,2016年;0~3岁占76.0%,4?7岁占20.5%,并且平均每次口服剂量与年龄段具有相关性(P<0.05);二十四节气中立冬、冬至使用咳喘平颗粒的病例数最多,大暑最少。病例数位居首位的疾病诊断名称是急性支气管炎;中医证型分布中风寒犯肺型支气管炎患儿使用比例最高,占52.0%。结论:咳喘平颗粒在支气管炎患儿中的使用人次呈阶段性递增趋势,在不同年龄段、不同节气中的使用情况有差异,临床中具有广泛的应用前景且大多用于风寒型咳喘。

Objective:The main purpose of this study is to understand the use and trend of Kechuanping granule in children with bronchitis in Anhui Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine,and to analyze its rationality of drug use,and to provide reference and basis for the rational use of Kechuanping granule in clinic.Methods:Using the data retrospective method,the data were collected and analyzed,including the age of first diagnosis,gas saving,dose,disease name and Chinese medicine certificate,which were diagnosed as bronchitis in the outpatient clinic of Anhui Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine between January 1,2010 and December 31,2018.Results:A total of 6446 effective cases were included.According to statistics,the top three years of use of cough-breathing particles between 2010 and 2018 were 2017,2018 and 2016;seventy-six percent of cases were under three years old,twenty point five percent were between four and seven years old,and the average oral dose was correlated with age(P<0.05);the number of cases using Kechuanping granule during the beginning of winter and the winter solstice is the highest,and the major heat is the least.The name of the disease with the highest number of cases is acute bronchitis;in the distribution of TCM syndromes,the use proportion of children with pulmonary bronchitis caused by cold wind was the highest,accounting for fifty-two percent.Conclusion:The number of users of Kechuanping granule in children with bronchitis is increasing in stages,and the use of Kechuanping granule in different age groups and different solar terms is different.The clinical application is mainly used in wind-cold cough and asthma,which has reference value for wide application in the future.
