调心疏肝汤对冠心病合并失眠患者睡眠状况及生活质量影响

Effect of Tiaoxin Shugan Decoction on Sleep Quality and Quality of Life in the Patients with Coronary Heart Disease and Insomnia

目的探讨调心疏肝汤对冠心病合并失眠患者睡眠状况及生活质量的影响。方法收集来我院进行治疗的94例患者的临床资料。按照随机数字表法将患者均分为观察组47例和对照组47例。对照组:丹参注射液联合地西泮治疗。观察组:在对照组治疗的基础上,采取调心疏肝汤治疗。观察PSQI评分、生活质量评分。结果观察组干预后PSQI评分低于干预前和对照组,差异显著(P<0.05),观察组干预后生活质量评分较高,和对照组对比,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论调心疏肝汤对冠心病合并失眠患者睡眠状况及生活质量有积极的影响,能够改善患者的睡眠状况和生活质量,应用价值较高。

Objective:To investigate the effect of Tiaoxin Shugan decoction on sleep status and quality of life in patients with coronary heart disease complicated with insomnia.Methods:Clinical data were collected from 94 patients who were treated in our hospital.According to the random number table method,the patients were divided into observation group(47 cases)and control group(47 cases).Control group:Danshen injection combined with diazepam treatment.Observation group:On the basis of the treatment of the control group,the treatment of Tiaoxin Shugan decoction was adopted.Observe the PSQI score and quality of life score.Results After the intervention group,the PSQI score was lower than that before the intervention and the control group,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).The quality of life scores of the observation group were higher after intervention,compared with the control group,the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Tiaoxin Shugan Decoction has a positive effect on the sleep condition and quality of life of patients with coronary heart disease and insomnia,and can improve the sleep status and quality of life of patients,and the application value is higher.
