半夏白术天麻汤联合颈椎推拿治疗痰浊中阻型颈性眩晕

Clinical Efficacy of Banxia Baishu Tianma Decoction Combined with Cervical Massage in the Treatment of Cervical Vertigo of Phlegm-turbidity Obstruction Type

目的:观察半夏白术天麻汤联合颈椎推拿治疗痰浊中阻型颈性眩晕临床疗效。方法:选取我院78例痰浊中阻型颈性眩晕患者,按照治疗方法分组,各39例。西医组予以倍他司汀+曲克芦丁治疗,中西医结合组在西医组基础上予以半夏白术天麻汤+颈椎推拿治疗。对比两组临床疗效、基底动脉、左椎动脉、右椎动脉平均血流速度、不良反应发生率。结果:中西医结合组治疗总有效率97.44%(38/39)较西医组76.92%(30/39)高(P<0.05);中西医结合组基底动脉、左椎动脉、右椎动脉平均血流速度较西医组高(P<0.05);中西医结合组不良反应发生率12.82%(5/39)与西医组5.13%(2/39)对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:半夏白术天麻汤联合颈椎推拿治疗痰浊中阻型颈性眩晕,疗效显著,可改善基底动脉、椎动脉血流速度,安全性高。

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Banxia Baizhu Tianma decoction combined with cervical vertebra massage in the treatment of turbid middle-resistance cervical vertigo.Methods:Seventy-eight patients with turbid and middle-resistance cervical vertigo in our hospital were selected and grouped according to the treatment method,39 cases each.Western medicine group was treated with betahistine+troxerutin.The combination of Chinese and Western medicine was treated with Banxia Baizhu Tianma decoction+cervical vertebra massage on the basis of the Western Medicine group.The clinical efficacy,mean blood flow velocity of the basilar artery,left vertebral artery and right vertebral artery,and adverse reaction rate were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the integrated Chinese and Western medicine group was 97.44%(38/39)higher than that in the western medicine group(76.92%(30/39))(P<0.05).The mean blood flow velocity of the basilar artery,left vertebral artery and right vertebral artery was higher in the integrated Chinese and Western medicine group than in the western medicine group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the integrated Chinese and Western medicine group was 12.82%(5/39)compared with 5.13%(2/39)in the Western medicine group.The difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:Banxia Baizhu Tianma decoction combined with cervical vertebra massage for the treatment of turbid middle-resistance cervical vertigo has significant curative effect and can improve the blood flow velocity of basilar artery and vertebral artery with high safety.
