摘要 目的:探析大承气汤灌肠联合机械通气对COPD合并呼吸衰竭患者血气分析及降钙素原的影响。方法:将95例COPD合并呼吸衰竭患者掷币法分组,2组均进行抗感染、解痉等基础治疗,对照组47例给予机械通气治疗,观察组48例在对照组治疗基础上加用中医大承气汤灌肠治疗,2组均持续治疗1周,观察2组患者血气分析指标的变化。结果:治疗后观察组Cdyn、OI、PaO2、SaO2水平及脱机成功率高于对照组,PaCO2、PCT水平及并发症发生率低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:大承气汤灌肠联合机械通气能有效改善血气指标,减轻炎症反应,提高脱机成功率,降低并发症,利于患者预后,值得推荐。 Objective: To analyze the effects of Dachengqi decoction combined with mechanical ventilation on blood gas analysis and procalcitonin in patients with COPD complicated with respiratory failure. Methods: 95 patients with COPD and respiratory failure were divided into two groups. The two groups were treated with anti-infective and antispasmodic treatments. 47 patients in the control group were given mechanical ventilation, and 48 patients in the observation group were treated with TCM. Chengqi decoction was used for treatment. The two groups were treated for 1 week.The changes of blood gas analysis indexes were observed in the two groups. Results After treatment, the Cdyn, OI, PaO2,SaO2 levels and offline success rate were higher in the observation group than in the control group. The PaCO2, PCT levels and complication rate were lower than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Dachengqi decoction combined with mechanical ventilation can effectively improve blood gas index, reduce inflammation, improve the success rate of offline, reduce complications and benefit patients’ prognosis. It is recommended.
