基于命门学说运用自拟温阳种玉汤治疗命门火衰型弱精子症

Clinical Observation on Self-made Wenyang Zhongyu Decoction the Treatment of Asthenospermia Caused by Decline of Vital Gate Fire based on the Theory of Mingmen

目的:观察自拟温阳种玉汤治疗命门火衰型特发性弱精症的临床疗效。方法:选取110例命门火衰型特发性弱精症患者,随机分为2组,对照组和治疗组各55例,治疗组给予自拟的温阳种玉汤加减治疗,对照组给予右归丸治疗,观察2组患者的精子活率,前向运动精子(PR)比率、精子总活力(PR+NR)以及总有效率。结果:治疗组临床疗效总有效率为92.31%(48/52),优于对照组的76.00%(38/50)(P<0.05)。2组治疗前后患者的精子活率、前向运动精子比率、总活力较治疗前均有改善,但治疗组的改善程度均优于对照组(P<0.05)。2组患者在治疗期间均未发生明显不良反应。结论:温阳种玉汤加减方治疗命门火衰型特发性弱精症,有着较好的疗效,能够改善患者精子的活率、活力,提高患者配偶的受孕机率,且安全性较好。

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Wenyang Zhongyu Decoction on idiopathic asthenospermia of decline of vital gate fire type. Methods: 110 patients with idiopathic asthenospermia of decline of vital gate fire type were randomly divided into two groups, 55 in the control group and 55 in the treatment group. The treatment group was treated with Wenyang Zhongyu Decoction, and the control group was treated with Yougui Pill. The sperm motility rate,forward motility sperm rate, total sperm vitality rate and total effective rate of the two groups were observed. Results:The total effective rate of the treatment group was 92.31%(48/52), which was better than 76.00%(38/50)of the control group(P<0.05). The sperm motility rate, forward motility sperm rate and total sperm vitality of the two groups were improved before and after treatment, but the improvement degree of the treatment group was better th an that of the control group(P<0.05).There were no significant adverse reactions in both groups during the treatment. Conclusion: Wenyang Zhongyu decoction has a good curative effect on idiopathic asthenospermia of decline of vital gate fire type. It can improve the sperm motility and vitality of patients, improve the pregnancy rate of Patient’s spouse, and has good safety.
