三棱汤联合和胃汤治疗小儿乳食积滞型呕吐疗效观察

Research of the Curative Effect of Sanling Decoction Combined with Hewei Decoction in the Treatment of Infantile Milk and Food Stagnation Vomiting

目的:观察三棱汤联合和胃汤(来自《医宗金鉴》中三棱丸与和胃汤)治疗小儿乳食积滞型呕吐的临床疗效。方法:将2018年4月-2019年4月门诊收治的66例乳食积滞型呕吐患儿随机分为治疗组与对照组,治疗组给予口服三棱汤与和胃汤加减治疗:先予三棱汤止吐,吐止后予和胃汤。对照组予口服复方胃蛋白酶散治疗。结果:治疗组可有效改善患儿症状,且总有效率达100%,与对照组疗效差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),结论:三棱汤联合和胃汤治疗小儿乳食积滞型呕吐,安全有效,值得临床选择应用。

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Sanling decoction combined with Hewei decoction(from Sanling pill and Hewei decoction in“Zhong Zong Jin Jian”)for treating vomiting in children with milk stagnation.Methods:66 children with vomiting vomiting who were admitted to the outpatient clinic from 2018 April 20 to April 2019 were randomly assigned to a treatment group and a control group.The treatment group gave oral Sanling decoction and Hewei decoction for treatment:firstly,Sanling decoction was given to stop vomiting,and after administration,it was given to Hewei decoction.The control group was treated with oral compound pepsin powder.Results:The treatment group was effective in improving symptoms in children with a total effective rate of 100%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Sanling decoction combined with Hewei decoction is safe and effective in treating vomiting in children with milk food.It is worthy of clinical application.
