摘要
目的:该观察分析盐酸坦索罗辛缓释胶囊(即哈乐)联合清淋颗粒治疗混合痔术后尿潴留的疗效。方法:50例住院者均为混合痔术后尿潴留,随机分成2组,其中,西医组25例,予哈乐治疗,中西医组25例,予哈乐联合清淋颗粒治疗,通过对2组的临床疗效、首次排尿的尿量及首次排尿的时间,进行临床疗效评价。结果:通过临床数据的观察及分析,中西医组有效率为96%,西医组有效率为84%,通过分析及总结,表明中西医组在临床疗效方面明显优于西医组。结论:采用中西医结合(哈乐联合清淋颗粒)治疗混合痔术后尿潴留患者的临床疗效取得满意,可以改善临床症状,能够降低了尿潴留患者的导尿率,值得临床借鉴与推广。
Objective:To observe and analyze the curative effect of the combination of Chinese and western medicine(Tamsulosin Hydrochloride Sustained-Release Capsules(Harnal)and Qinglin Granules on urinary retention after the operation of mixed hemorrhoids through clinical data.Methods:50 patients were randomly divided into 2 groups according to the postoperative urinary retention after the operation of mixed hemorrhoids.Among them,25 patients in the western medicine group were treated with Harnal,25 patients in the traditional Chinese and western medicine group were treated with Harnal combined with Qinglin Granules.Results:According to the observation and analysis of clinical data,the total effective rate of Chinese and western medicine group was 9 6%and that of the western medicine group was 84%.Through analysis and summary,(it is shown that the group of traditional Chinese and western medicine is significantly better than the group of western medicine in clinical efficacy.Conclusion:The clinical efficacy of combined traditional Chinese and western medicine(Harnal combined Qinglin Granules)in patients with postoperative urinary retention of mixed hemorrhoids can be satisfied,clinical symptoms can be improved,and urinary Catheterization rate can be reduced in patients with urinary retention,which is worthy of clinical reference and promotion.
