加味平乐疏肝活血方对腰椎术后非感染性发热疗效研究

Efficacy Study on the Modified Pingle Shugan Huoxue Decoction in Non-infectious Fever after Lumbar Surgery

目的:研究探讨基于平乐正骨“以肝论治、扶正破淤”的气血辨证思想为组方的加味平乐疏肝活血方治疗腰椎术后非感染性发热的临床治疗效果。方法:选取符合标准的腰椎术后非感染性发热患者82例,随机分为对照组和治疗组,对照组给予常规基础治疗,治疗组于术后24h服用加味平乐疏肝活血汤进行治疗,比较2组的临床疗效,并对其安全性进行评估。结果:治疗组体温降至正常所需时间为(48.2±6.4)h,明显低于对照组(69.1±7.3)h,体温波动幅度(0.90±0.26)℃显著低于对照组(1.45±0.2 9)℃,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组总有效率95.12%和治愈率85.36%明显高于对照组的80.48%和43.9%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组的安全性差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:中药加味平乐疏肝活血汤治疗腰椎术后非感染性发热临床疗效确切,安全性好,能明显缩短术后发热病程,缩短患者住院时间,减轻患者经济负担,提高患者发热的治愈率和有效率,减少患者术后痛苦,稳定患者情绪,益于患者术后早日康复,临床值得进一步推广使用。

Objective:To study the clinical efficacy of modified Pingle Shugan Huoxue decoction on the treatment of non-infectious fever after lumbar surgery,which is based on Pingle orthopedic thought of syndrome differentiation of Qi and blood combined with“hepatic theory,strengthening body resistance and breaking the stasis”.Methods:82 patients with non-infectious fever after lumbar surgery were randomly divided into control group and treatment group.The control group received routine basic treatment.The treatment group received Modified Pingle Shugan Huoxue decoction at 24 hours after operation.Analyze the clinical efficacy and assess the safety of the decoction.Results The time required for the body temperature to fall to normal in the treatment group was 48.2±6.4h,which was significantly lower than that of the control group 69.1±7.3h(P<0.05),with the difference statistically significant.The fluctuation of body temperature was 0.90±0.26℃,which was significantly lower than that of the control group at 1.45±0.29℃(P<O.O5),with the difference statistically significant.The total effective rate of the treatment group was 95.12%and the cure rate was 85.36%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(80.48% and 43.9%).The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in safety between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Modified Pingle Shugan Huoxue decoction is effective in the treatment of non-infectious fever after lumbar surgery,which has good safety and can shorten the postoperative fever process,as well as the hospitalization time,relieving postoperative pain and the economic burden of patients,meanwhile,improve the cure rate of patients with fever.Moreover,patient mood stabilized,which is benefit for patients to recover soon after surgery,clinically worthy of promoting application.
