星蒌承气汤治疗对脑卒中后便秘患者生活质量的影响

Effect of Xinglou Chengqi Decoction on Quality of Life of Post-stroke Constipation Patients

目的:观察使用星蒌承气汤治疗痰热腑实型脑卒中后便秘的临床疗效。方法:选取痰热腑实型脑卒中后便秘患者60例,随机分成对照组和治疗组,各30例。2组均予脑卒中常规治疗,对照组加服乳果糖口服液,治疗组加用星蒌承气汤进行治疗,7d为1个疗程,共2个疗程。于治疗前及治疗后2周分别采用PAC-SYM(便秘患者症状自评量表)和PAC-QOL(便秘患者生活质量量表)对2组患者治疗前后便秘情况进行评价及对比分析。结果:治疗组有效率明显高于对照组,治疗后2组的PAC-SYM和PAC-QOL评分均有改善,治疗组的改善明显优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义。结论:采用星蒌承气汤对痰热腑实型脑卒中后便秘患者进行临床治疗,可以促进自发排便,临床症状和生活质量,质优效佳价廉,值得临床推广应用。

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of using Xinglou Chengqi decoction in the treatment of constipation after phlegm—heating stroke.Methods:60 patients with constipation after stroke of phlegm—heat and viscera—solid type were selected and divided into control group and treatment group by random number table method,30 cases in each group.Both groups were given routine treatment of stroke,while the control group was given oral lactulose solution,while the treatment group was given Xinglou Chengqi decoction for 7 days,a total of 2 courses.Before and 2 weeks after treatment,PAC-SYM and PAC-QOL were used to evaluate and compare the constipation of the two groups before and after treatment.Results:The total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The PAC-SYM and PAC-QOL scores of the two groups were improved after treatment,and the improvement of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Xinglou Chengqi decoction can promote spontaneous defecation,clinical symptoms and quality of life in the treatment of constipation after stroke of phlegm-heat and viscera-solid type.It is of high quality,good efficacy and low cost,and is worthy of clinical application.
