耳穴埋豆联合穴位贴敷治疗颅脑损伤后中枢性呃逆

Clinical Observation on the Treatment of Central Hiccup after Craniocerebral injury by Ear Point Buried-Bean Combined with Acupoint Application

目的:观察耳穴埋豆联合穴位贴敷对颅脑损伤后中枢性呃逆的疗效。方法:选取2017年11月~2018年11月在笔者所在医院的脑外科收治的颅脑外伤伴中枢性呃逆患者6 0例,60例病人分为观察组和对照组,各随机选取30例。对照组采用胃复安双侧足三里封闭注射加常规治疗方法。观察组采用耳穴埋豆联合穴位贴敷加常规治疗方法。观察2组呃逆持续时间、呃逆频率、维持时间、起效时间的情况。结果:观察组的疗效优于对照组。观察组有效率为83.33%,对照组有效率为63.33%,2组数据有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:耳穴埋豆联合穴位贴敷治疗颅脑损伤后中枢性呃逆,可以减少呃逆发作持续的时间,发作的次数,起效快,2次发作时间间隔明显的延长,在临床中可以进一步地推广应用。

Objective:To explore the effect of auricular point buried-bean combined with acupoint application on central hiccup after craniocerebral injury.Methods:60 cases with craniocerebral trauma and central hiccup admitted to the brain surgery department of the author*s hospital from November 2017 to November 2018 were selected.60 patients were randomly divided into two groups,and 30 patients were randomly selected.The control group was treated with metoclopramide bilateral Zusanli injection plus conventional treatment.The observation group was treated with auricular point buried-bean combined with acupoint application and conventional therapy.The duration,frequency,maintenance time and onset time of hiccups were observed.Results:The treatment group was better than the control group.The total effective rate in the observation group was 83.33%,and that in the control group was 63.33%.The data of the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:the treatment of central hiccup after craniocerebral injury by ear point buried-bean combined with acupoint application can reduce the duration and frequency of hiccups,the onset is quick,and the time interval between two hiccups is obviously prolonged,which can be further popularized in clinical practice.
