行为导向教学法在尫痹患者康复护理中的应用研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨行为导向教学法在尫痹患者康复护理中的应用效果。方法:选取2017年11月-2019年4月安徽中医药大学第一附属医院风湿病科一病区住院的类风湿关节炎患者80例,随机分为研究组和对照组,每组40例。对照组给予常规康复护理指导,研究组采用行为导向教学法式的康复护理指导,实施康复指导2周后,比较2组干预后功能锻炼依从率、康复知识知晓率及健康状况评定量表(HAQ)的评分。结果:护理后研究组功能锻炼依从率、康复知识知晓率、HAQ评分改善均优于对照组(P<0.05)差异均有统计学意义。结论:行为导向教学法在尫痹患者康复护理中的应用效果优于常规方法。 Objective: To explore the application effect of behavior-oriented teaching method in rehabilitation nursing of deaf patients. Methods: Eighty patients with rheumatoid arthritis hospitalized in the Department of Rheumatology,First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from November 2017 to April 2019 were randomly divided into study group and control group, with 40 cases in each group. The control group was given routine rehabilitation nursing guidance. The research group used the behavior-oriented teaching method of rehabilitation nursing guidance. After 2 weeks of rehabilitation instruction, the functional exercise compliance rate, rehabilitation knowledge awareness rate and health status rating scale(HAQ) of the two groups were compared Rating. Results: After treatment, the functional exercise compliance rate, rehabilitation knowledge awareness rate, and HAQ score improvement of the study group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: The behavior-oriented teaching method is better than the conventional method in the rehabilitation of deaf patients.
