以MDT为导向的PBL多媒体模式在中医外科实习临床教学中的应用 被引量:9

摘要 目的:探讨多学科综合诊疗模式为导向的以问题为基础的多媒体模式在中医外科实习临床教学中的应用效果。方法:研究对象为2017年度进入我院基地的实习生,即将进入外科临床随机选取60名。随机分为多学科联合诊疗模式为导向的以问题为基础的多媒体教学模式组(MDT联合PBL多媒体组)、单纯以问题为基础的教学模式组(PBL组)、传统讲授法教学模式组(Lecture-BasedLearning,LBL),每组20例。学期结束后以考核成绩和问卷调查为比较内容,其中考核是综合评分,包括由带教教师评估的临床实践能力评分为30分,技能操作评分为30分,闭卷考试理论成绩为40分;问卷调查以匿名方式进行,对3组问卷评分进行比较。结果:考核成绩MDT联合PBL多媒体组优于PBL组和LBL组,(P<0.05)。匿名问卷调查:在提高学习兴趣,提高学习效率,提高自主学习能力,加深知识理解4项MDT联合PBL多媒体组和PBL组无显著性差异,2组均优于LBL组(P<0.05);在提高理论联系实践能力,提高临床思维能力2项,MDT联合PBL多媒体组优于PBL组和LBL组,(P<0.05)。结论:总体评价,MDT为导向的PBL多媒体模式可以显著提升临床实习医师的理论成绩及临床实践能力、技能操作,培养良好的临床素养,值得在中医外科实习临床教学中推广应用。 Objective: To explore the application effect of problem-based learning(PBL) multimedia model guided by multidisciplinary team(MDT) in clinical teaching of Chinese medicine surgery practice. Method: The subjects were60 interns who entered our hospital in 2017, who were randomly selected to enter the surgery clinic. They were randomly divided into problem-based multimedia teaching mode group(MDT combined with PBL multimedia group),problem-based teaching mode group(PBL group) and traditional teaching mode group(LBL) with 20 cases in each group. At the end of the semester, the results of the examination and the questionnaire survey were compared, and the assessment was a comprehensive score, including 30 points for clinical practice ability, 30 points for skill operation and40 points for closed-book examination theory. The questionnaire survey was conducted anonymously, and the scores of three groups of questionnaires were compared. Results: MDT combined with PBL multimedia group was superior to PBL group and LBL group, with significant difference(P<0.05). Anonymous Questionnaire Survey: There was no significant difference between MDT combined with PBL multimedia group and PBL group in enhancing learning interest, improv-ing learning efficiency, improving self-learning ability, deepening knowledge understanding. Both groups were superior to LBL group(P<0.05);in improving theory combined with practice ability and improving clinical thinking ability, MDT combined with PBL multimedia group was superior to PBL group and LBL group, with significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion: Overall evaluation, MDT-oriented PBL multimedia model can significantly improve clinical interns’ theoretical performance, clinical practice ability, skills and operation, and cultivate good clinical literacy. It is worth popularizing and applying in clinical teaching of Chinese medicine surgery practice.
