基于等温活塞的空气压缩方法:多孔介质换热结构的优化 被引量:2

摘要 活塞式空压机具有压力-流量特性稳定、价格低廉等优点,广泛应用于工业领域。由于压缩时产生的热量不能迅速向环境传导,被压缩空气温度上升,压缩功增加。压缩功转换为热向环境传导以及耗散,导致其工作效率低。提出了一种基于多孔介质的等温活塞结构,吸收并传导压缩空气中的热量,以降低压缩空气温度,减少压缩机的功耗。研究了多孔介质结构参数对压缩机总功耗的影响,对多孔介质长度进行了优化,分析了转速和压缩比对多孔介质长度参数设计影响,得到了多孔介质结构参数的优化方法。 Piston air compressors are widely used in industrial fields. Advantages of piston air compressors are stable pressure flow characteristics and low cost. The heat generated during compression process cannot be quickly transferred to its environment. The heated air leads to an increase in compression work. The compression work is converted into heat that is transferred from air to its environment. The dissipated heat results in low efficiencies of air compressors. An isothermal piston structure using a porous medium is proposed. Air temperature and compression work is reduced by improving heat transfer. Effects of porous media structure on compression work is studied. Length of porous media is optimized. Relationships between the speed, compression ratio and the length of the porous medium are investigated. An optimization method for the structural parameters of porous media is obtained.
