摘要
通过基于一维非恒定的基本微分方程组,推导出解决水击问题的管道压力波动基本方程,并在AMESim软件中根据管道长细比以及黏性系数的大小,建立AMESim管道系统仿真模型,对管道长度以及管道内径这2个主要参数进行变参分析,来研究结构参数对管道的压力波动的影响,最后得出,通过对压力波动现象较为明显的管道进行长度平均调整并增大管道内径的优化组合方式,可有效地降低压力波动,对理解、使用和设计液压管道具有一定的工程实用价值。
Through based on the unidimensional non-constant basic simultaneous differential equation, infers the solution pressure surge question the pipeline fluctuation of pressure fundamental equation, and acts according to the pipeline slenderness ratio as well as the viscosity coefficient size in the AMESim software, establishes the AMESim piping system simulation model, carries on to the pipeline length as well as pipeline inside diameter these two main parameters changes the senate to analyze, studies the design parameter to the pipeline fluctuation of pressure influence, finally obtains through carries on the length average adjustment to a fluctuation of pressure phenomenon more obvious pipeline, and increases the pipeline inside diameter the optimum composition way to be possible to depressurize the undulation effectively.This research results to understood, the use and the design hydraulic pressure pipeline has the certain project practical value.
