同步阀原理性误差分析与全补偿理论的建立 被引量:9

摘要 通过分析传统同步阀误差产生的机理,提出原理性误差全补偿的设计理论,并根据该理论设计出一种具有三级结构的新型同步阀。用MATLAB定量分析负载压差和入口流量变化对可变节流口面积的影响,创新节流口形状,这种特殊的节流口形状能通过阀芯的线性位移补偿非线性误差。新型同步阀能适应大范围的负载压差和流量偏差,可以承受的最大偏载达到最大负载的40%,入口流量可在额定流量的正负50%内变化,从补偿原理性误差的角度提高了同步阀的精度。 By analyzing the mechanism of the traditional synchronous valve error, the design theory of full compensation of the original rational error is put forward. Designing a new type of synchronous valve with three-level structure according to the theory. The influence of the load and flow rate on throttle area was quantitatively analyzed by MATLAB. Innovating orifice shape and this special orifice shape can compensate the nonlinear error by the linear displacement of the spool. The new synchronous valve adapts to a wide range of load differential pressure and flow deviation. The maximum deviation load can be borne is 40% of the maximum load. The flow rate can be changed in the positive and negative 50% of the rated flow rate. The accuracy of synchronous valve is improved by compensating the original rational error.
