蔗髓预处理选择性还原浸出高铁氧化锰矿 被引量:8

Selective Leaching of Manganese from Iron Rich Manganese Oxide Ore by Pretreatment of Bagasse Pulp

摘要 在硫酸—水溶液体系中,研究了蔗髓用量、预处理时间、硫酸浓度和反应温度等因素对高铁氧化锰矿中锰和铁浸出率的影响。结果表明,在蔗髓用量2.25 g、蔗髓预处理时间15 min、硫酸浓度3.0 mol/L、蔗髓预处理温度65℃、浸出温度90℃的条件下,锰浸出率可达94%以上,而铁的溶出率仅为13%左右。 Selective leaching of manganese from iron rich manganese oxide ore was studied in sulfuric acid-water solution system.Effects of dosage of bagasse pulp,pretreatment time,concentration of sulfuric acid and reaction temperature on leaching rate of manganese and iron were investigated.The results show that manganese leaching rate is 94%above and iron leaching rate is only about 13%under the conditions including dosage of bagasse pulp of 2.25 g,pretreatment time of 15 min,concentration of sulfuric acid of 3.0 mol/L,pretreatment temperature of 65℃,and leaching temperature of 90℃.
