情景模拟教学法在临床护理临床实践教学中应用效果评价 被引量:11

摘要 目的探讨情景模拟教学法在临床护理实践教学中的应用效果。方法于2018年2月—12月,选取在某医科大学附属医院实习护生64名为研究对象,使用随机数字表法将其随机分为两组,即试验组和对照组各32名,试验组使用在传统临床实践教学基础上增加情景模拟教学,对照组使用传统临床实践教学。结果实习一个月后,试验组护生的理论考试成绩(94.5±7.9)分、实践技能考试成绩(95.4±7.1)分明显高于对照组的护生的理论考试成绩(85.6±8.7)分和实践技能考试成绩(87.9±8.6)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组通过情景模拟教学实施后自主学习能力各维度得分明显高于实施前。结论情景模拟教学可以提高实习护生临床护理的理论和技能水平。 Objective To explore the application effect of scenario simulation teaching method in clinical nursing practice teaching.Methods From February to December 2018,64 intern nurses from a hospital affiliated to a medical university were selected and randomly divided into two groups by random number table method,32 interns in the experimental group and 32 interns in the control group.The experimental group was used scenario simulation teaching on the basis of traditional clinical practice teaching,while the control group was used traditional clinical practice teaching.Results After one month's internship,the scores of theoretical examination(94.5±7.9)points and practical skill examination(95.4±7.1)points of nursing students in the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group(85.6±8.7)points and(87.9±8.6)points,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the implementation of situational simulation teaching,the scores of each dimension of the teaching feedback scale in the experimental group were significantly higher than those before the implementation.Conclusion Situational simulation teaching can improve the theory and skill level of clinical nursing for interns.
