摘要
目的探讨迷你临床演练评估(Mini-CEX)联合多媒体病例教学在急诊实习生临床能力评估中的效果。方法将2018年1月—2019年1月期间于遵义医科大学附属医院急诊科轮转的本科临床实习生随机分为对照组和实验组,对照组采用传统临床教学方法,实验组在传统教学方法的基础上采用Mini-CEX联合多媒体病例教学,实验组每周进行Mini-CEX测评,共4次,据结果进行反馈并评价其效果,对两组入出科的成绩、每次测评成绩、自我综合满意率评价等指标进行评估。结果经过Mini-CEX联合多媒体病例教学后实验组实习生从第3次测评开始评估表中的7个测评指标均较初次测评明显改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组出科成绩改善程度较对照组明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);自我综合满意程度也优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论Mini-CEX联合多媒体病例教学的方法在急诊科实习生的带教中有较好的效果。
Objective To explore the effect of mini-clinical evaluation exercise(Mini-CEX)with multimedia case teaching on clinical ability assessment in emergency interns.Methods The undergraduate clinical interns,rotating in emergency department of the affiliated hospital of Zunyi Medical University from January 2018 to January 2019,were randomly divided to two groups including the control group and the experimental group.The interns in the control group were taught by the traditional clinical teaching methods.The others in the experimental group were adopted the method of Mini-CEX combined with multimedia case teaching on the basis of traditional teaching method.The interns in the experimental group were underwent Mini-CEX evaluation every week and end in four times.The estimator need to fed back and evaluate the effect according to the result at the end.The indicators including the academic performance in and out of the department,the scores of every Mini-CEX evaluation and self-comprehensive satisfaction rate in two groups need to assess.Results After Mini-CEX combined with multimedia case teaching,the 7 evaluation indexes in the evaluation form of the experimental group interns were significantly improved compared with the initial evaluation from the third assessment,the difference were statistically significant(P<0.05).The improvement of academic performance in the experimental group was more significant than that in the control group,the difference were statistically significant(P<0.05).The self-comprehensive satisfaction was also better than the control group,the difference were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The method of Mini-CEX combined with multimedia case teaching has a good effect in teaching emergency interns.
