摘要
目的探讨基于翻转课堂的混合式教学模式在中医外科临床教学中的效果。方法分别对2018年-2019年广州中医药大学第一临床医学院2014级中医本科实习生120人随机分组,试验组60人,采用基于翻转课堂的混合式教学法,对照组60人,采用传统教学法,教学结束后分别对两组学生进行中医外科理论及实践操作考核。结果试验组理论成绩及实践成绩均高于对照组,P <0.05,差异具有统计学意义;问卷结果显示试验组92%的学生能够适应基于翻转课堂的混合式教学方法。结论基于翻转课堂的混合式教学模式在中医外科临床教学中效果明显,有助于提高教学水平及培养高质量的医学人才。
Objective To explore the effect of the mixed teaching mode based on the flipped classroom in the clinical teaching of traditional Chinese medicine surgery. Methods From 2018 to 2019, 120 undergraduate interns of Chinese medicine in grade 2014 of the First Clinical Medical College of Guangzhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were randomly divided into two groups: 60 interns in the experimental group were given the mixed teaching model based on flipped classroom, and 60 interns in the control group were given the traditional teaching method. After teaching, examine the two groups of interns in TCM theory and practical operation. Results The theoretical and practical scores of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group(P < 0.05), with statistical significance. The questionnaire results showed that 92% of the students in the experimental group could adapt to the mixed teaching method based on the flipped classroom. Conclusion The mixed teaching method based on the flipped classroom is better than that based on the flipped classroom. The model has obvious effect in clinical teaching of traditional Chinese medicine surgery and is helpful to improve teaching level and cultivate high-quality medical talents.
