摘要 目的分析探讨在临床教学中应用以器官系统为中心的基础医学课程整合教学法的效果。方法选取本校2015级临床医学生80人为此次研究对象,根据教学方式的不同分为实验组与对照组,对照组给予常规教学方式,实验组在对照组基础上给予以器官系统为中心的课程整合教学方式,比较两组教学效果。结果实验组医学生日常考核成绩、病案分析能力显著高于对照组,教学模式满意度也显著高于对照组,比较差异显著均具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论在临床教学中采用以器官系统为中心的基础医学课程整合教学法能够显著提高教学质量。 Objective To investigate the effects to organ systems-centered curriculum integration teaching of basic medicine in clinical teaching analysis. Methods 80 grade 2015 clinical medical students of the school were selected and divided into the experimental group and the control group, the control group was received conventional teaching method, the experimental group was given integrated teaching methods centered to organ systems on the basis of the control group, compare the teaching effectiveness between the two groups. Results The medical students daily test results, medical record analysis capabilities of the experimental group were significantly higher the control group, as well as the teaching mode satisfaction, the differences were statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion The use of organ system-centered integrated medical curriculum integration teaching method in clinical teaching can significantly improve the quality of teaching.
