摘要
针对医学影像学网络教学存在信息不完整、教学主动性有待提高、传统PACS教学使用时间空间明显受限且其硬件设备运行维护成本较高等问题,云图像存档和传输系统(picture archiving and communication system,PACS)以互联网为平台进行资源整合和功能转化,在继承了传统PACS优点的同时克服其信息"孤岛"以及教学使用时间空间明显受限的局限,提供远程影像教学、图像检索等全新的授课模式。通过在服务器增设教材云、病例云、医技云、考试云、实践云、科研云六大功能模块构建云PACS教学系统,支持多终端系统访问,使课堂教学更方便、高效,提高学生自主学习积极性,明显提高教学质量。
Aiming at the problems of incomplete information and teaching initiative needing to be improved in medical imaging network teaching, the time and space of traditional PACS teaching are obviously limited and the cost of hardware equipment operation and maintenance is high, cloud picture archiving and communication system(PACS) takes the internet as a platform for resource integration and functional transformation, inheriting the outstanding features of traditional PACS, overcoming the defect "isolated island" of information and obviously limited use of time and space in teaching, it provides new teaching modes such as distance imaging teaching and image retrieval. Cloud PACS teaching system is constructed by adding six functional modules on the server, including textbook cloud, case cloud, technology cloud, examination cloud, practice cloud and scientific research cloud. All the functional modules could be accessed by multi-terminal system. These make the classroom teaching of the teachers more convenient and efficient, promote the self-study of the students, and improve teaching quality significantly.
