摘要 随着医疗水平的提高及医学教育体系的不断完善,传统的教学模式逐渐体现出了不足之处,老师"填鸭式"教学让学生处于被动地位,忽视了对学生自身素质及能力的培养,而互动式教学模式的出现,改变了原有的教学理念,以学生为中心,把师生互动作为一项基本原则贯穿在整个教学活动中,能有效提高教学质量及激发学生的学习积极性及主动性。呼吸系统疾病是医学生的必修课,而互动式教学模式运用在呼吸系统疾病教学中,不仅加深了学生对理论知识的掌握,更锻炼了学生的临床实践能力,学习质量有所提高,使师生双方共同受益、共同提高,在今后的临床教学中将会扮演越来越重要的角色。 The traditional teaching model gradually shows its deficiencies with the continuous improvement of medical level and medical education system, meanwhile the "cramming" teaching which ignores the cultivation of students’ own quality and ability puts students in a passive position. The emergence of interactive teaching model changes the original teaching concept and takes students as the center. It takes the interaction between teachers and students as a basic principle throughout the whole teaching, which can effectively improve the teaching quality and stimulate students’ learning enthusiasm and initiative. Respiratory diseases learning is a compulsory course for medical students, and the application of interactive teaching mode not only deepens the mastery of theoretical knowledge, but also exercises the clinical practice ability. It improves the quality of learning, and benefits both teachers and students. In the future, the interactive teaching model will play an increasingly important role in the clinical teaching.
