摘要
PDCA循坏是由计划(plan)、实施(do)、检查(check)、处理(action)共四个部分组成,并按照这个顺序对质量进行管理并不断循环下去,是一个科学的管理程序。笔者所在检验科运用PDCA循环质量管理工具,结合临床检验实习的特点和教学实际,制订出PDCA带教系统,将PDCA应用到临床检验带教的管理中,对临床检验的带教进行规范化的管理,按照将"计划-实施-检查-处理"反复循环的模式应用于临床检验实习带教中,对加强临床检验实习带教的管理、规范临床检验带教老师的行为、提高临床实习质量起到重要的促进作用,使教与学有程序、质与量有监控,取得了较好的临床教学效果。
PDCA is composed of four parts: plan, do, check and action. It is a scientific management procedure to managing and recycling the quality in this order. In the laboratory department, the authors formulated a PDCA teaching system combined with the characteristics of clinical laboratory practice and teaching practice by PDCA cycle quality management tool. PDCA was applied to the management of clinical laboratory teaching. PDCA was applied to clinical laboratory practice teaching in repeated cycle mode of "plan-implementation-inspection-treatment", which is helpful to strengthening the management of clinical laboratory practice teaching, regulating of the behavior of clinical laboratory teachers and improving of the quality of clinical practice. PDCA plays an important role in promoting the teaching and learning process, monitoring the quality and quantity, and achieving better clinical teaching results.
