摘要
肿瘤放射物理学是肿瘤放射治疗学教学内容的重要组成部分,主要讲述与肿瘤放射治疗相关的物理问题,本文分析了目前在住院医师规范化培训肿瘤放射物理学教学中所面临的教学内容抽象复杂、专业性强、而住院医师相关基础知识薄弱、培训总体时间较短等问题,总结出根据住院医师实际情况,合理调整及精简放射物理学课程设置,采取微课教学、案例导入式教学及课堂讲授和临床实践相结合的多种教学方式互补的整合式教学模式,通过提高住院医师学习兴趣及自主学习能力,提高放射物理学的教学效果,使其在未来肿瘤放射治疗工作中具备足够的专业素质,拥有解决临床实践中放射物理学问题的基本能力。
Radiation oncology physics is an important part of the teaching content of radiation oncology, mainly about the physical problems related to the radiotherapy. This paper preliminarily investigates the problems in the standardized training in radiation oncology physics teaching, which are teaching contents are complicated, high expertise, weakness in the related basic knowledge of residents, and short rotation time for residents to learn. Summarize the integrated teaching mode based on the actual situation of the resident, reasonably adjust and streamline the radiology physics curriculum, adopt micro-teaching, case-introduction teaching, classroom teaching and clinical practice to complement each other. Through improving physicians’ learning interest and self-learning ability, improve the teaching effect of radiophysics, and have sufficient professional quality in future tumor radiotherapy work, and have the basic ability to solve radiological problems in clinical practice.
