医院药学管理中应用管理新方法的效果

Effect of New Methods of Application and Management in Hospital Pharmaceutical Management

目的探讨医院药学管理中应用管理学科新手段新方法的实际效果。方法 2018年2月-2019年2月本院药学管理中引进PDCA循环法和QCC管理法,观察比较实施管理新方法前后医院药学工作水平、成员的成长值及患者对药学服务的满意度。结果实施管理新方法后,医院的处方调配差错率、不合理用药率、抗菌药物使用率及药品库存周转天数均比实施前显著降低,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);成员的荣誉感、沟通能力、协调能力、和谐程度等无形成果均得到显著提升,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);患者对药学服务的满意度均显著提高,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论药学管理中应用管理学科新手段新方法,有利于提高医院药学工作水平和患者的满意度,加强工作人员的团队建设。

Objective To explore the practical effect of applying new means and methods of management discipline in hospital pharmacy management. Methods PDCA cycle method and QCC management method were introduced into pharmaceutical management of the hospital from February 2018 to February 2019. The levels of pharmaceutical work, growth values of members and patients’ satisfactions with pharmaceutical care before and after implementation of the new management method were observed and compared. Results After implementation of the new management method, the error rate of prescription allocation, irrational drug use rate, antimicrobial drug use rate and drug inventory turnover days were significantly lower, the differences were statistically significant(P < 0.05);the invisible results of members’ sense of honor, communication ability, coordination ability and harmony degree were significantly higher, the differences were statistically significant(P < 0.05);the patients’ satisfaction with pharmaceutical care was significantly higher than before implementation, the differences were statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion The application of new means and methods of management discipline in pharmaceutical management is conducive to improving the level of hospital pharmacy work and patients’ satisfaction, and strengthening the team building of staff.
