子宫压迫缝合术在产后出血治疗中的应用研究

Application of Uterine Compression Suture in the Treatment of Postpartum Hemorrhage

目的针对产后出血的妇产科患者,采用子宫压迫缝合术治疗以后,对患者的治疗效果和患者对治疗的满意度进行分析。方法在本院2016年1月-2019年1月,接收产后出血的妇产科患者中随机挑选60例,其中30例为对比组,常规治疗,剩下30例为观察组,采用子宫压迫缝合术治疗,对比效果。结果在本次研究中,观察组患者的整体治疗总有效率90.00%,对比组患者整体治疗总有效率66.67%,对比可知,观察组存在显著优势,P <0.05。观察组满意度均要优于对比组,P <0.05。结论对产后出血的妇产科患者,采用子宫压迫缝合术治疗以后,能够使患者得到有效的治疗,改善患者的出血情况,使患者能够尽早的恢复健康。

Objective To analyze the effect of uterine compression suture and the satisfaction of patients with postpartum hemorrhage in gynecology and obstetrics. Methods From January 2016 to January 2019, 60 cases of obstetrics and gynecology patients receiving postpartum hemorrhage were randomly selected, 30 of them were in the control group, conventional treatment, and the remaining 30 were in the observation group, which were treated with uterine compression suture, with comparative effect. Results In this study, the total effective rate of the observation group was 90.00% and that of the control group was 66.67%. The comparison shows that the observation group had a significant advantage(P < 0.05). The satisfaction of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P < 0.05). Conclusion For the patients with postpartum hemorrhage in obstetrics and Gynecology, after the treatment of uterine compression suture, it can make the patients get effective treatment, improve the bleeding situation of the patients, and enable the patients to recover health as soon as possible.
