脑电图及脑电地形图在老年期痴呆应用的价值 被引量:1

摘要 目的分析脑电图、脑电地形图在老年期痴呆的应用价值。方法选取2014年8月-2018年7月期间,在本院就诊的老年期痴呆患者60例作为观察组,另选60例老年血管性痴呆患者作为对照组,均予以脑电图及脑电地形图检查,分析检查结果。结果观察组HDS评分显著低于对照组(P <0.05),而病程与对照组间差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05);观察组脑电图异常率、脑电地形图异常率差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05);观察组异常程度与脑电图及脑电地形图结果间存在一定的关联(P <0.05)。结论脑电图及脑电地形图均为临床常用的脑部检查仪器,在老年期痴呆的检查结果存在一定的差异,故了解脑电图及脑电地形图的健康侧结果,有助于了解其老年期痴呆病情,开展鉴别诊断,判断预后。 Objective To analyze the application value of EEG and EEG topographic maps in senile dementia. Methods From August 2014 to July 2018, 60 patients with senile dementia in our hospital were selected as observation group, and another 60 patients with senile vascular dementia as control group. All patients were examined by EEG and EEG topography, and the results were analyzed. Results The HDS score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P < 0.05), but there was no significant difference between the course of disease and the control group(P > 0.05). There was no significant difference between the abnormal rate of EEG and the abnormal rate of EEG mapping in the observation group(P > 0.05). There was a certain correlation between the abnormal degree of the observation group and the results of EEG and EEG mapping(P < 0.05). Conclusion EEG and EEG topographic maps are commonly used brain examination instruments in clinic. There are some differences in the results of senile dementia. Understanding the healthy side results of EEG and EEG topographic maps is helpful to understand the condition of senile dementia, to carry out differential diagnosis and to judge the prognosis.
