摘要
目的分析布地奈德联合氨溴索雾化吸入在治疗新生儿吸入性肺炎方面的临床疗效。方法研究对象选择我院2014年1月—2018年12月所收治的42例新生儿吸入性肺炎患儿,将其按数字随机法划分为观察组和对照组,每组21例。对照组患儿常规保持呼吸道通畅与抗感染支持治疗,观察组患儿在此基础上使用布地奈德联合氨溴索的治疗方式。7 d治疗周期结束后比较两组患儿临床疗效与临床体征改善情况,整体评估治疗作用。结果研究结果表明,观察组的整体疗效达到了95.2%,与之相比对照组的临床疗效只有66.7%,数据差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);在呼吸困难消失时间、肺部啰音消失时间与整体住院时间三项指标方面,观察组均要短于对照组,证明观察组患儿整体预后恢复情况良好,各项数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论布地奈德联合氨溴索治疗方案在新生儿吸入性肺炎的治疗过程中可以发挥重要作用,对于临床症状的改善、缩短治疗周期有着显著效果。
Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of budesonide combined with ambroxol inhalation in the treatment of neonatal aspiration pneumonia.Methods A total of 42 neonates with aspiration pneumonia admitted to our hospital from January 2014 to December 2018 were enrolled.The patients were divided into observation group and control group by digital randomization method,21 cases in each group.The children in the control group were routinely maintained with airway patency and anti-infective support treatment.The children in the observation group were treated with budesonide combined with ambroxol.After 7 days of treatment,the clinical efficacy and clinical signs of the two groups were compared and the overall therapeutic effect was evaluated.Results The results of the study showed that the overall efficacy of the observation group reached 95.2%,compared with 66.7% of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the time of disappearance of dyspnea,lung voice In terms of disappearance time and overall hospitalization time,the observation group was shorter than the control group,which proved that the overall prognosis of the observation group was good,and the data were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Budesonide combined with ambroxol can play an important role in the treatment of neonatal aspiration pneumonia,which has a significant effect on the improvement of clinical symptoms and shortening the treatment cycle.
