拔毒生肌散治疗糖尿病足感染性溃疡的效果

Effect of Badu Shengji Powder on Diabetic Foot Infectious Ulcer

目的探讨拔毒生肌散在糖尿病足感染性溃疡患者治疗中的应用效果。方法选取2016年7月-2018年7月我院治的糖尿病性足感染性溃疡患者64例,将其随机分为研究组和对照组(n=32)。两组患者均常规进行降低血糖、控制感染、创面消毒等常规处理,对照组加以敷料包扎固定。研究组则采用拔毒生肌散外用后进行包扎。连续治疗4 w后,统计两组患者的临床治疗效果,并观察患者治疗前后中医症状总积分的变化情况。结果研究组患者治疗的总有效率高于对照组(P <0.05)。治疗前,两组患者的中医症状总积分相比差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05),治疗后,两组患者的中医症状总积分均有所下降(P<0.05),且研究组患者的中医症状总积分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论糖尿病性足感染性溃疡患者应用拔毒生肌散进行治疗,疗效显著,能显著促进患者临床症状的改善,且方法简便,有进一步应用的价值。

Objective To investigate the effect of Badu Shengji Powder in the treatment of diabetic foot infectious ulcer. Methods From July 2017 to July 2018, 64 patients with diabetic foot infectious ulcer were selected as the subjects. The patients were divided into study group and reference group by random digital table method, with 32 cases in each group. The two groups of patients were treated by routine treatment, such as blood sugar reduction, control infection, wound disinfection and the like, and the reference group was used for dressing and fixing. The study group was bandaged after external use of Badu Shengji Powder.After 4 weeks of continuous treatment, the clinical therapeutic effect of the two groups was counted, and the changes of the total score of TCM symptoms before and after treatment were observed. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Before treatment, there was no significant difference in the total score of TCM symptoms between the two groups(P > 0.05). After treatment, the total scores of TCM symptoms in the two groups decreased(P < 0.05), and the total scores of TCM symptoms in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P < 0.05). Conclusion The treatment of diabetic foot infectious ulcer with Badu Shengji Powder is effective, which can significantly promote the improvement of clinical symptoms, and the method is simple and valuable for further application.
