CGA护理对老年股骨粗隆间骨折患者术后康复的影响

Effect of CGA Nursing on Postoperative Rehabilitation of Elderly Patients With Intertrochanteric Fracture of Femur

目的探讨基于老年综合评估(CGA)的护理干预对老年股骨粗隆间骨折患者PFNA内固定术后康复情况的影响。方法选择2016年1月-2018年12月本院收治的老年股骨粗隆间骨折患者64例,采用随机数字表法将患者分为研究组(n=32)与对照组(n=32),对照组患者采用基础护理模式干预,研究组患者采用基于老年综合评估的护理模式干预,比较两组患者术后康复效果。结果研究组患者干预后的FAC评分、Lyssholm评分显著比对照组患者更高,ROM评估结果显著比对照组患者更优,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。研究组患者干预后的各项运动能力显著比对照组患者更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者干预后的WHOQOL-100评分显著比对照组患者更高,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论基于老年综合评估的护理模式干预可有效提高老年股骨粗隆间骨折患者PFNA内固定术后的股骨功能,提高患者的运动能力,效果满意。

Objective To explore the effect of nursing intervention based on comprehensive geriatric assessment on the rehabilitation of elderly patients with intertrochanteric fracture after PFNA internal fixation. Methods 64 elderly patients with femoral intertrochanteric fracture admitted to the hospital from January 2016 to December 2018 were selected. The patients were divided into the study group(n=32) and the control group(n=32) by random number table method. The patients in the control group were intervened by basic nursing mode. The patients in the study group were intervened by nursing mode based on comprehensive evaluation of the elderly. The rehabilitation effects of the two groups were compared. Results The FAC score and Lyssholm score of the study group after intervention were significantly higher than those of the control group, and the ROM evaluation results were significantly better than those of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). The exercise ability of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). The WHOQOL-100 score in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion Nursing intervention based on comprehensive assessment of the elderly can effectively improve the femoral function of the elderly patients with intertrochanteric fracture after PFNA internal fixation, improve their motor ability, and the effect is satisfactory.
