分集水室结构形式对大型砖冰机制冰池盐水流场的影响分析

摘要 采用CFD数值模拟的方法对比分析典型工况下大型砖冰机制冰池分集水室为矩形和三角形两种不 同结构形式下制冰池盐水流场的特性。现有矩形结构分集水室制冰池内存在盐水近滞止区域,影响了盐 水与制冰桶之间热量交换,改进为三角形分集水室后可有效减缓盐水滞止现象。冰池内盐水流速分布相 对较均匀,优化了砖冰机的设计。 CFD numerical simulation method was used to compare and analyze the characteristics of saltwater flow field of ice making pond with rectangular and triangular structure under typical working conditions. There is a near stagnation zone of brine in the ice making tank of rectangular water catchment chamber, which affects the heat exchange between brine and ice making bucket. The improvement of the triangular water catchment chamber can effectively alleviate the stagnation of brine. The velocity distribution of brine in ice pond is relatively uniform, which optimizes the design of brick ice machine.
