摘要
充分利用通信技术、地理信息技术以及自动化技术等,对覆冰参数信息以及架空输电线路的环境 参数进行实时监测。利用可视化信息方法的前提下,及时针对架空输电线路的覆冰灾害制定完善的预警 系统技术方案,以保证输电线路的安全稳定运行。
Making full use of communication technology, geographic information technology and automation technology, the information of icing parameters and environmental parameters of overhead transmission lines are monitored in real time. On the premise of using visual information method, perfect technical scheme of early warning system for overhead transmission line icing disaster is formulated in time to ensure the safe and stable operation of transmission line.
