洗涤对棉织物保形性影响的研究

Study on the effect of washing on shape preservation of cotton fabric

纺织品在家庭洗护过程中,形态结构会发生改变,服用性能降低。为探究洗涤后织物的保形性,文章以10种不同规格的本色织物为研究对象,选用美的MFC100型滚筒洗衣机进行洗涤,根据AATCC 124-2018对洗涤后的织物进行外观平整度评价。同时,采用PhabrOmeter■织物评价系统测试洗涤后织物的折皱回复率。结果表明:随着洗涤次数的增加,试样平整度等级先保持稳定,然后逐渐降低,而折皱回复率逐渐降低,前五次洗涤对织物的保形性影响较小,继续增加洗涤次数,保形性逐渐减弱。对两种测试方法的保形性指标进行相关性分析,结果显示两者具有一定相关性,两者的变化趋势存在相同规律。

The appearance and structure of textiles will change in home laundering, and wearability of textiles will also lower. To explore shape preservation of textiles after laundering, 10 types of fabrics were selected and washed by using Midea MFC100 front loading washing machine. Besides, appearance flatness of the textiles was evaluated after washing according to AATCC 124-2018. Meanwhile, the wrinkle recovery rate of fabric after washing several times was tested by PhabrOmeter~? fabric evaluation system. It was found that the grade of flatness kept steady first and then gradually reduced, while the wrinkle recovery rate slowly reduced with the increase of the washing times. The first five times of washing has little influence on the shape preservation of fabrics. As the number of washing times increased, the shape preservation was gradually weakened. The correlation between the shape preservation indexes of the two test methods were analyzed, and the results show that there is a certain correlation between them, and their change trends are similar.
