摘要
通过识别PPP项目风险、分类总结项目风险评价因素,引入了"3+1"风险评价模式,对项目风险的分项水平及综合水平进行评价。同时通过对S市地下综合管廊PPP项目的案例分析,进一步验证了该风险评价模型的合理性及科学性,为类似项目风险评价提供参考,进一步提出本文的结论及建议。
Thispaper introduces the "3+1" risk assessment model by identifying PPP project risks and classifying project risk assessment factors,and evaluates the sub-level and comprehensive level of project risks. At the same time,through the case analysis of the PPP project of S city underground integrated pipe gallery,further verifies the rationality and scientificityof the risk evaluation model,and provides reference for risk assessment of similar projects.
