共建共享理念下的大学城商业设施规划布局研究——以天津海河教育园区为例

Study on the Planning and Layout of Commercial Facilities in University Town under the Concept of Co-construction and Sharing:Taking Haihe Education Park in Tianjin as an example

调研分析天津海河教育园区商业设施现状,探讨政府主导下的大学城商业空间形成机制,并基于共建共享理念提出理性确定商业总量、优化用地布局构成、探索创新共建机制和建立大学城中心共享区等提升大学城商业布局的规划建议。

Based on the investigation and analysis of the present situation of commercial facilities in Haihe Education Park in Tianjin,this paper explores the formation mechanism of commercial space in university town under the leadership of the government,and puts forward some planning suggestions to improve the commercial layout of University town,such as rationally determining the total amount of business,optimizing the composition of land distribution,exploring innovative co-construction mechanism and establishing the sharing area in the center of University town.
