A Rare Case Report of Invasive Pulmonary Aspergillus Infection in a Pigeon Breeder

本文通过1例临床药师在一线临床工作中遇到的饲鸽者侵袭性肺曲霉菌感染的病例,着重介绍了饲养鸽子与侵袭性肺曲霉菌感染的关联性,而此关联性在临床诊断中常常被忽略,因为国内尚无类似病例的报道。并且详尽介绍了目前各指南推荐的侵袭性肺曲霉病治疗方法以及疗程。该病例患者经医师和临床药师协作治疗,后情况好转,治疗有效。

Based on a case of invasive pulmonary aspergillus infection in a pigeon breeder encountered by clinical pharmacists in the clinical work,this case report highlights the association between pigeon feeding and invasive pulmonary aspergillus infection,which is often ignored in clinical diagnosis,because there was no such case reported in China.In addition,the treatment methods and treatment courses of invasive pulmonary aspergillus recommended by the current guidelines are introduced in detail.The patient was cured by doctors and clinical pharmacists,and the treatment was effective.
