摘要
金属有机框架材料因具有超大的比表面积、高的孔隙率、好的生物相容性及表面可修饰等特点而在药物载运方面受到研究者的广泛关注。本文阐述了金属有机框架材料在药物载运方面的应用,分析了它的载药方式及作为药物载体的生物安全性问题,这些将为其在生物医学方面的应用提供新的思路和方法。
Metal-organic frameworks has received wide attention in drug delivery due to its large surface,high porosity,good biocompatibility and the potential further chemical functionalization.In this review,we summarized the the application of metal-organic frameworks in drug delivery.Subsequently,the biosafety and drug loading strategies of metal-organic frameworks were disscussed,which would provide new ideas and methods for its application in biomedicine.
