基于CNKI数据库的“一测多评”相关文献计量学分析

Bibliometrics Analysis of Quantitative Analysis of Multi-components by Single-Maker Based on CNKI Database

目的分析国内发表的关于“一测多评”的文献报道以及发展趋势。方法以中国知网(CNKI)数据库为资料来源,从文献计量学的角度对所收录的关于“一测多评”的文献进行分析,获得可视化信息。结果截止2018年11月30日,共检索到相关文献639篇,发文量2012年后增长速度明显加快;研究涉及学科以中药学为主;受各级科研基金资助文献133篇,占文献20.81%;被引用频次达69.01%;“相对校正因子”,“HPLC”、“质量控制”、“含量测定”、“指纹图谱”等关键词共现频次较高。结论“一测多评法”在中药材及成方制剂的质量控制方面的研究发展迅速,“UPLC”、质谱联用技术与“一测多评法”的结合将成为新的研究热点和发展趋势。

OBJECTIVE To Analyze the trend of literature and research development of quantitative analysis of multi-components by single-maker.METHODS Based on CNKI database,bibliometrics method was used to analyze the literature of QAMS,and thevisual information was obtained.RESULTS Until November30,2018,639 published literatures were included.The number of papers was on a rapid growth after 2012.The papers mainly focused on traditional Chinese medicines.133 literatures were funded by the scientific research funds at all levels,accounting for 20.81%and 69.01%of literatures were cited.Co-occurrence frequency of“relative correction factor”,“HPLC”,“quality control”,“content determination”,“fingerprint”and other keywords was higher.CONCLUSION Study of QAMS on quality control of Chinese medicinal materials and Chinese patent medicines has been rapid developed.The combination among“UPLC”,mass spectrometry and“QAMS”may be the research hotspots and trends.
